Take 5 Mindfulness
It has been found that just a few minutes of focussed attention, sometimes called mindfulness or mindfulness meditation, can reap many rewards in your physical and mental health.
However, sometimes it can be tricky to find the time to take out of our busy days. So here I offer a very short meditation, lasting just over 5 minutes.
